Dear Reed family - I saw the obituary in the Virginian Pilot today and please accept my condolences. We lived down the street on Armistead Bridge Road from you when I was a child. Ann was one of our babysitters (I think I was scared of her being a shy kind of kid) and Crennie was my brother Charles' age. we send our heartfelt sympathy to sue and the family. crennie was so nice to us when we moved to Norfolk in 1989 and a great friend thereafter. we have a picture of him at tech with my brother charlie hunter, who passed away in 2001. crennie was a beautiful guy inside and out and we'll miss him. betty lou and dick
