Billy is now in a better place with no more pain. He is in heaven smiling, saying "it's pretty good up here". My thoughts and prayers are with you. I wished I'd of known sooner about his passing.thinking of all of you.

I remember playing softball with Billy.....he was always laughing and smiling, no matter what. Our community has lost a good friend. Prayers and love are extended to the entire Delano family.
